I supported end user systems, servers, and software with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction. I also assisted with client projects remotely and on-site, including network installations and migrations to Office 365. Additionally I received training from the team on process and execution on various support techniques and how to best serve DeKind's client base.

In this role I received training from professionals at OmniSOC and Elastic in platform and security engineering on the Elastic and Kibana (ELK) stack. I performed threat hunts, explored mitigation strategies, and probed large datasets for anomalies to support threat investigations. Additionally, a team of my peers and I created several playbooks to be used in the higher education space and presented our results to a panel of OmniSOC partnered professionals.

I managed servers, deployed new computers, provided remote support and worked their helpdesk. I executed several projects, including organizing and auditing technical services ABC subscribed to and reevaluating their needs to reduce IT costs, and planning a more efficient and accessible data storage strategy for the company.
