Kevin Thomas is an organizational development practitioner, consultant, and certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation. He earned a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and has since gone on to complete professional coach training through Co-Active Training Institute. He is certified in facilitating SLII® and administering popular 360 assessments such as the Leadership Practices Inventory and Leadership Circle Profile. Kevin has served as an HR Manager, L&D Program Manager, and Consultant across numerous organizations including Long Beach City College, Tesla, and Google. These opportunities allowed for him to develop thousands of employees through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and leadership training. Kevin is most passionate about coaching high-achieving leaders, facilitating leadership training workshops, and designing leadership development programs.Kevin’s coaching practice is grounded in the belief that development occurs from the inside out.
