Work collaboratively with interested parties and provide recommendations to Westlands with the development of the Rules & Regulations for the Westside Basin. These Rules & Regs include: (1) allocation and use of groundwater in the Westside Subbasin, and (2) implementing theGroundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) policies & procedures, which include efforts to optimize use of groundwater in the Westside Subbasin while achieving sustainability. The recommendations here are provided to Westlands while serving as Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA).

Had the privilege of working with the Enforcement Division of what was then the Department of Corporations supporting the fight against securities fraud cases.

• As part of Pepperdine School of Law's first group to clerk with Ugandan courts. I moved to Uganda for the summer as clerk to judges at the Constitutional Court / Court of Appeals for Uganda . Where I worked on constitutional, title, discovery, and land issues regarding cases before the Court.• Worked with Google to establish a digital case management system and legal reporting infrastructure. Uganda did not have an established reporting system for cases leading to a lack of access to case law and thus undermining justice. Initiated a project with Google Scholar to digitize all case law in Uganda and make it available for free to everyone. Collaborating with contacts I made in Kenya who utilized Lexis Nexis, and the generosity of Google to help support this amazing effort to establish a self sustainable legal reporting infrastructure. • This amazing experience helped toe establish what I believe today, great things done and amazing profits through private industry doing the right thing when great people work together and work smart.
