Worked with local HR Managers & Corporate resources to effectively develop and execute HR integration strategies and action plans for multiple acquisitions throughout North America, Europe, and China.Cross Functional M&A Team Leader: Due Diligence: Led and project managed cross functional business due diligence teams through the discovery and analysis process. This included discrete on site evaluation, assessing synergies and risks, reporting findings, developing preliminary integration plans, and making acquisition recommendations.Acquisition Integration: Led cross functional integration teams to ensure the robust development and execution of Integration Plans. Facilitated the overall integration process, managed executive steering committee reviews, etc. Projects were delivered according to plan and schedule, met BOD Commitments; and were deemed a success. Led Human Resources Due Diligence efforts to determine synergies, feasibility and risks associated with the potential acquisition of target companies.
