Project management, plan-set organization and 3D-asset creation for the Pre-Design department:- 3D point cloud registrations and measurement mark-up from which remote-teams would create 2D plan sets, corrections and mark-ups.- Management of said remote teams in creating accurate revisal's or ground-up plans sets over the course of weeks or months (with revisions and deadlines met).- Aggregation, naming and proper organization of said plan-sets and mark-ups into Procore for the next department in the funnel (Design Development).- Collection and organization of scanned permit sets into Pro-Core, reviewed for completeness and accuracy.- Creation of more than 50 tutorial videos and articles detailing very specific processes involved in all of the above to train a new team in the Pre-Design Department.

Fabrication and Architectural Modeling Lead:- Creation of all 3D assets/ models and plan-set mark-ups for many luxury home remodels in the Oakland area- Concept-to-creation with digital fabrication for same, utilizing large-scale, high-powered Laser Cutters and CNC Routers- All maintenance and repairs for these machines- Designed, produced and packed more than 35,000 personal face-shields during the 2020 pandemic (my own design).- Designed, produced and packed more than 500 point of sale sneeze-guards during the 2020 pandemic (my own design).- More than 8,000 digital files, from cut files to logos to full architectural models, produced and delivered.

Fabrication Engineer for Event and Marketing Assets:- Assisted in the ground-up buildout of a 6,000sq ft fabrication shop (2 months).- Sourced and negotiated the purchase of several large pieces of fabrication equipment, including a 5'x10', multi-bit, CNC router table -- installed, repaired and programmed/operated.- Created signage, TV displays, and hundreds of product display assets, from small, clear acrylic stands to large, bespoke wooden shelves.- Assisted in the creation of and assembly of the first fully-modular, multi-story, "store front": a two-story faux-cabin that could be assembled on-site at trades shows and events in a couple of hours, then disassembled, flat-packed, and hauled away in under an hour.
