CurrentI founded Black Rooster Peri Peri in 2017 as a single location in Duke Street, Glasgow. Our aim was to serve our customers high quality Peri Peri chicken in an informal, relaxed setting that was accessible to everyone. Right from the beginning, our customers loved our food, so we decided to expand the business and adopted a franchise model. In four short years we have now built a large - and growing - network of successful locations throughout the UK, as well as a loyal customer base that is passionate about our brand.I have remained at the forefront of the business; managing day-to-day operations and supporting our growing franchise network.
