This strategy was quickly implemented upon my arrival with sales growth of 20% in 2020 and 28% in 2021.• This new sales team I hired was: 5 Territory Managers, 3 Independent Sales Representatives, and 2 Inside Sales Representatives throughout the US & Canada. • The sales process required a full CRM (AirTable) integration, monthly KPI’s for the inside and outside sales team, accurate sales forecasting via documented opportunities in individual pipelines, compensation plans, weekly reviews with our supply chain, and growth through targeting new distribution & direct sale opportunities.• Digital Marketing program implementation via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and AL13.com.
