• Conduct different types of Airline Revenue Management Software Testing namely but not limited to Functional, Smoke, Component, Regression, Acceptance, Stress, and Volume Testing.• Maintains a high quality Airline Revenue Management System for airline clients by conducting different types of software testing methodologies before deployment.• Uses QA testing tools like Microsoft Test Manager, Team Foundation Server, and MATLAB in logging, tracking, and testing bugs until they are fixed on latter software releases.• Communicates and supports other teams in the same project; Business Analysts (BA), Project Manager (PM), Development (Dev), Configuration Management (CM), and Database (DB).• Analyses and translates Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) from clients/BAs into test cases used for Component Testing• Prepares bug reports for the Development team containing specific bug details relevant to investigate and fix the bugs.• Provides QA testing estimates of change requests/enhancements, merges, and bugs to Project Manager for proper plotting of software development schedule.• Handles end-to-end Cross Product Certification (CPC) testing of interrelated airline systems (booking, boarding, scheduling, revenue management, etc.) to ensure that each software version would work harmoniously together in processing complex data.• Conduct scheduling; manual/automated testing; bug logging and fixing (if applicable); and Certification notification to the appropriate stakeholders under CPC testing.• Spearheads the automation of some CPC testing activities to cut down testing hours and deploy the system to the clients ahead of schedule.• Develops and maintains SQL verification scripts used for data correctness and validation.• Prepares and submits daily status reports and today's progress report.• Conducts purging of data to maintain manageable database size.• Facilitates team building activities to promote work-life balance between team members.

• Maintains the Google hosted corporate website of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UAP.ASIA) which provides online assistance and information about the institution.• Maintains the UA&P Web Campus platform under Google in providing smooth communication and fulfill academic needs between students, faculty and staff. The platform is designed to facilitate group projects, meetings, and discussions among the UA&P community.• Provides support for account related issues; account creation, forgotten password, locked accounts, email aliasing, email groups, etc.• Sends batch email announcements to different university groups and organizations through scripts.• Maintains students’ accounts in the official student mailing list/group and in their respective program groups for more specific email announcements.• Conducts workshop to university students, faculty and staff in promoting WebCampus and the use of Google Applications.• Conducts workshop on how to use different Google Applications: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs (Tools, File Sharing, and File Storage), and Google Groups. This includes the comparison between leading mobile app platforms (iPhone/iTouch, Android, iPad, RIM, Windows, etc) for which publishers are developing at the present.• Conducts research about the similarities and difference between iPhone/iTouch Apps and iPad Apps.• Conducts research about the necessary resources for the project: Apple Tools and Services (Apple’s Developer Program and Xcode), Software Tools, Hardware, and Training Materials.• Conducts research about Apple standards on applications sent through app store.• Conducts self-study on the programming language to be used and the programming itself (coding practices).• Presents weekly progress report to the stakeholder for comments and further developments of the project.• Maintains personal daily time report and progress in BaseCamp (online time-tracking and project progress system of the company)• Provides full documentation of the project to the stakeholder for future development of the static mobile application.
