About Kevin B. Hogan

All of my career I have been fortunate enough to be able to help professionals navigate their careers. In phase I (15yrs), I helped leaders of corporations make decisions on acquiring large scale, mainframe computers to run their businesses. I gained leadership experience while serving as a salesman to same, sales manager and vice president of sales. In phase II (35yrs), I served as an executive recruiter, and in phase III as an executive level transition coach. In these capacities I have been allowed to help successful professionals who are in the midst of strategizing and implementing their own career transitions to the next level. All of this experience has taught me that your 'value proposition' is never greater than it is at this very moment in time. And getting clarity on your own value proposition is the soul of a successful transition. Based on our own value proposition, determined by an objective analysis of all of our life experiences (good and not-so-good), we can then get clarity on what direction we want to go and who we can help along the way.
