I have concluded a project to improve the profitability of the cable usage with our external subcontractors.Currently I am rewriting and reassigning the contracts with our external subcontractors to improve financial transparency and budgetary control for public infrastructure projects.Achievements: • Redesign and implementation of the 3 core processes of the coax build department• Major Six Sigma Project to improve the profitability of the cable usage ( loss from 1300 K to 600 K in two years )• Rewrote and reassigned 2 of our largest contracts with external subcontractors and improved financial transparency for large infrastructure works and customer demand works. -
