Kevin studied Computer Science and Business Management in Belgium. He then gained experience in sectors such as utilities, telecommunications, transport and later specialized in the financial sector. He is active in roles as solution architect and analyst. He has over 15 years of experience in both functional and technical management, integration, cloud & complex application development and implementation, business and IT improvement. In BPM projects Kevin mainly focuses on implementation & migration to the cloud, management and governance of current environments and architecture questions. Here he gained extensive experience with Microsoft, SAP, ARIS BPM, Six Sigma and SOA projects and complex infrastructure and application landscapes.

I am end-to-end responsible for all processes, procedures and working instructions for the coax-build division.The mission of the department is the expansion of the HFC network in Flanders with more than 10000 annual projects, I (re)design existing an new (sub)processes balancing the interests of the customer and those of the shareholders this within business rules,On a daily basis I look for improvements in the field of quality assurance as well as cost efficiency (CAPEX OPEX), After consulting all departments involved I execute these, follow up the change path, report on and confirm the savings and/or the quality improvementFurthermore I optimize and document existing processes in line with the corporate culture, I provide training on quality management for line managers and team coaches and advise them in their projects.Up to now I reorganized the build process, the design process and de process for specific customer-oriented projects. I have concluded a project to improve the profitability of the cable usage with our external subcontractors.Currently I am rewriting and reassigning the contracts with our external subcontractors to improve financial transparency and budgetary control for public infrastructure projects.Achievements: • Redesign and implementation of the 3 core processes of the coax build department• Major Six Sigma Project to improve the profitability of the cable usage ( loss from 1300 K to 600 K in two years )• Rewrote and reassigned 2 of our largest contracts with external subcontractors and improved financial transparency for large infrastructure works and customer demand works.

In april of 2005 myself and a team of 10 customer care agents started a project for the roll out of Interactive Digital Television in Flanders. My responsibilities included ; coaching and training of 50 call center agents, design of customer processes and documentation of procedures and working instructions for customer care agents & back office, Reporting on and supporting of a regional technology trial for 800 customers, Setup of first and 2nd line support for future clients, Setting op a knowledge base for technical support, User Acceptance Testing of Zappware & STB software, At the end of the project I started; the integration of the project team in the customer care department, upscaling the team for supporting +50k customers and training new call center agents, improving efficiency by decreasing CHT and increasing FCRTo ensure sustainability the core team set up an depatemental website, knowlage base (PHP & MySQL) and some webapps to address cost-efficiency issues Achievements: • Design and implement processes and procedures for the customer care of iDTV• User Acceptance Testing and Change Request for Zappware & STB software• Decreasing CHT more than 50 % on 50+ agents on technical questions• Increasing FCR to more 80 % on 50 + agents on technical questions

Advisor to team off call center agents concerning complex technical issues:First advising on CDLP and euroDOCSYS modem technology for broadband internet. About a year later also CAU (Motorola), SU (ECI) telephone modems and EMTA’s (Motorola & Arris) combined VOIP and DOCSYS modems. I was the link between customer care and network engineering for the follow up for provisioning issues for CPE equipment on the regional switches.Furthermore I wrote training documentation and trained call center agents off different levels on all technologie skills ( data, voice, broadband, QSS, . . . )

Installation Engineer on a nationwide roll out project for ING Belgium.The main purpose of the project was the migration of UNIX based client TPA's/servers to a Windows based clients/server network. This for 15000+ workstations/laptops and 1500+ servers divided over more than 1100 bank agencies spread across the whole country. I was responsible for the installation of more than 1000 workstations / notebooks in the southern, french speaking part of the country.
