I have worked in construction management for Stema Rådgivning and Sweco since 2019. During this time, I have contributed to projects like nye Tøyenbadet (Public bath), Økern Portal (Commercial building), nye Refstad skole (Elementary school) and Towards Sustainable Mining (Sustainability protocols). I have designed a LEGO-model of the main floor and developed a game that challenges the pupils’ ability to collaborate, while learning about the building, project roles, project phases, and the importance of planning and coordination.I have a broad interdisciplinary education in civil engineering (B.Eng – structural engineering) and business administration (BBA – business administration). After finishing my degree in structural engineering, I wanted to develop towards project management. I consequently got a bachelors degree in business administration, specialising in a wide range of management courses, as well as marketing and innovation at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) and Hochschule Bremen City University of Applied Sciences (HSB). During my studies in Bergen and Bremen, I received top marks in Project management, Ethics, CSR and sustainability, cross cultural communication, German B2.1 and Openness, creativity + perception & presentation skills. In addition I have strong results in CAD/BIM, Building physics, Steel structures, Technology management, economics and entrepreneurship, Diversity management and Strategic management.To expand my knowledge, I have taken courses in project methodology (PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt) and HSE (Koordinatorskolen 2020). My goal is to develop a thorough and holistic understanding of project management.
