Kevin Boesch, CPESCClean Water Act Permitting Specialist/Dust Control Specialist/Project Manager I have over 16 years of Clean Water Act (CWA) Sections 401, 402, and 404 permitting and dust control experience. I am responsible for conducting all site inspections and stormwater monitoring for Logan Simpson’s active stormwater and dust control projects. Routine environmental monitoring; training; and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) production for large energy and infrastructure projects are my primary job roll. I have conducted stormwater training, inspections, Best Management Practice (BMP) and stormwater control measure installation oversight, and environmental protection administration for contractors during the construction of several large linear projects to bring those projects’ stormwater documents and work activities into compliance with state departments of environmental quality Construction General Permit requirements. I am also been responsible for site management for pre-construction activities on Impaired waters and Outstanding Arizona Waters (OAW) construction projects. I was a primary author of the Maricopa County, Arizona Dust Abatement Handbook and Field Guide and served as the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) District Environmental Coordinator for the Globe District. I authored the ADOT SWPPP Template and Stormwater Monitoring Sampling and Analysis Plan Template.I am the instructor of the ADOT/Associated General Contractors (AGC) Erosion Control Coordinator (ECC) courses and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT)/Las Vegas Associated General Contractors (LVAGC) Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) training courses. I am the facilitator of the ADOT/Associated General Contractors (AGC) Erosion Control Coordinator (ECC) courses and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT)/ Nevada Contractors Association (NCA-AGC) Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) training courses.
