As an accomplished and dedicated educational leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record in both academic and pastoral leadership within diverse and multicultural environments. Currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at Dyatmika School in Bali, Indonesia, I oversee the academic progress and pastoral care of Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, lead the IGCSE cohorts, manage academic data for progress, and lead student leadership initiatives such as the Student Council.I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, driving educational excellence, and implementing innovative teaching practices.
