Manage the complete development of production deliverables from inception to final delivery. Arrange for comprehensive program management and print procurement. As Production Manager I manage ongoing communication with internal departments including client service, creative, outside suppliers, and some direct client and/or retailer interaction. A key aspect of my position is to obtain the lowest costs and highest quality in all of our program deliverables. I maintain expertise on print specifications and estimation for print production of national, account specific and multi-brand programs. This includes: print procurement, evaluating multiple vendor estimates, managing tight production schedules, reviewing and approving materials before final production, and reconciliation and approval of final vendor invoices for all promotional materials. Achieved substantial knowledge of applicable software systems including; QuarkXpress, Corel Draw and PhotoShop. Through my experiences I developed Managerial and organizational skills through the position of lithography department manager. I Worked in an environment of multiple deadlines and quality control throughout all procedures. Additionally I gained knowledge in the use and maintenance of equipment for all stages of 4 color pre-press production.
