As a Mortgage Banker and Market Leader at District Capital in the Cincinnati Market, I partner with property owners and investors to source debt and equity solutions for commercial real estate properties. As a Vice President at Cooperative Business Services, I maintained a dual role as a Business Development Officer for the Southwest Ohio market (Cincinnati, OH) and Sales Manager for the Dayton, OH and Nashville, TN markets.As the Business Development Officer for Southwest Ohio, I partnered with an executive leadership group that included 12 credit unions in the Greater Cincinnati area to successfully originate commercial real estate financing opportunities for both investment and owner-occupied properties. Responsibilities included the following:- Ongoing relationship management with 12 credit union partners- Loan origination in Greater Cincinnati through various channels including relationship management of existing clients, referrals from a vast network of COI’s, and identifying new lending prospects to call on- Developed/Implemented a Go-to-Market strategy including participation in various Cincinnati commercial real estate networking organizations, involvement in monthly email marketing campaigns, and identifying various advertising opportunities- Expense management within stated annual budget guidelines - Preliminary underwriting analysis for new opportunities to provide for participation among the partner credit union groupAs the Sales Manager for the Dayton, OH and Nashville, TN markets, I managed a team of Business Development Officers to successfully originate commercial real estate lending opportunities, facilitate a go-to market strategy for each market, and advise on managing credit union executive leadership relationships.CBS is a Member Business Lending Credit Union Service Organization, assisting over 150 Credit Unions in over 17 States with their commercial lending needs.
