My operational oversight consisted of 3 Regional Vice Presidents, 11 District Managers, 1 Specialty Director, and 125 Office Managers (Florida and Georgia). I was responsible for top and bottom line performance, streamlining operational deficiencies and processes, and leading the team by helping to reinforce our company's vision. In addition to Operations, I also oversaw Coasts' Clinical Talent Acquisition Department (doctors and hygienists), Credentialing Department, and Coasts' Doctor Partnership Program (new initiative in 2016 introducing a true partnership to Coast supported dentists). During my tenure, my focus was on streamlining operational deficiencies, introducing best practices, and helping shape the culture moving forward. In short, I introduced and led initiatives that aligned interests (clinical, operational, office support, and patients). My team and I increased top line revenue by 31%, EBITDA by 11%, lowered people costs by 5%, introduced office 'team' bonuses, 'offices of the month,’ and monthly operational leadership meetings, cut OT expenses by almost 75%, and exceeded budget in both Florida and Georgia markets.
