Moved from Columbia, SC, after being recruited from within Kaplan to service a Regional Call Center. Oversaw computer and telephone activity for inside call center staff, as well as maintaining database upload and usage for 26 centers throughout the Southeast. Moved laterally to manage the creation of a new Kaplan Center in Greenville, SC.
