Coordinated the engineering aspects of the data room and divestiture for Common II which sold for $210MM in just over 2 years.

Reservoir Eng - Horizontal Applications
Ark-La-Tex Team Leader Led a diverse team of geologists, geophysicists, drilling and completion engineers in the evaluation of multiple horizontal plays in the Ark-La-Tex area eventually landing in the Haynesville Shale play. Put together 62,722 Gross/29,200 Net acres within the Shelby Trough extension of the play in Shelby, San Augustine, and Nacogdoches Counties. Drilled 13 horizontal wells ( 9 completed ) prior to divestiture. Some of which were the highest rate shale wells in Texas at the time. Total investment in the play totaled $130 MM and the assets were sold in just over 2 years for $446MM.
