This is my current career aspirations - assisting people and organizations reach their full potential.Prior to retirement, I built a Human Capital Consulting and Executive Coaching practice. In addition, I was a Partner in a boutique Retained Executive search business. Plus, Adjunct Professional at the Daniels School of Business teaching Human Capital Management to EMBA students.My prior 30 years were in HR leadership roles in a variety of industries which include manufacturing, high tech/software development companies, services-related businesses with the majority of my time working in very global organizations. I have been a member of a senior executive team working closely with divisional presidents and/or CEO’s helping to lead and build a senior management team as well as an HR team/function aligned to the business strategy. I have worked directly with Board of Directors for 8+ years.My experiences span all areas of HR for global fortune 500 companies. I have worked in both Corporate and Divisional HR roles for Westinghouse AirBrake Co (WABCO), Arrow Electronics, First Data, Dun & Bradstreet, Monsanto and Foster Wheeler. I have been involved in leading the HR function through all economic business cycles, from turnarounds to high growth. I have worked in centralized, decentralized and highly matrix organizations.
