As the co-founder and president of Peopledesign, a strategic design firm in Michigan, I have over 20 years of experience in helping leaders transform their businesses through business, brand, and service design. I have a Master of Design Methods (MDM) degree from IIT Institute of Design, and I am the co-author of the book "Brand Identity Essentials," which has been translated into six languages.I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights on design, brand, and innovation with students and professionals. I teach courses I created on information strategy and human-centered design for customer experience management at Northwestern University and Michigan State University. I have also served as a president and board member of IxDA, a global network of interaction designers. My mission is to use design as a powerful tool for creating meaningful experiences and positively impacting people, businesses, and society.
