I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. I co-founded and led our global Risk practice, and co-lead our Generative AI & Banking and our Responsible AI efforts. I also lead our Launch Committee, supporting innovation across McKinsey, and oversee the development of the most advanced capabilities of Lilli (our generative AI tool that is a researcher, a time saver and an inspiration, and is available to all of our 45,000 colleagues).For nearly three decades, I have helped senior executives at leading financial institutions solve their most challenging strategic, risk, regulatory and analytical problems. Prior to my current roles at McKinsey, I led our global Risk practice, led our Americas Corporate & Investment Banking (“CIB”) practice and co-led our global CIB practice, led our global Cybersecurity practice and served as CEO of Risk Dynamics. I also served as a board member of MIO Partners, overseeing the management of assets for our pension and retirement plans and for current and former McKinsey partners, for more than 17 years.Previously, I served as COO of International Equity Partners, L.P.
