I served as a Management Consultant for Accenture's Sourcing and Procurement within Accenture's Strategic Consulting across North America. Worked with leading global clients (cross industry) to address critical procurement, supplier management, and strategic cost reduction (Zero Based Budgeting and Operational Effectiveness) issues facing their businesses.

• Program lead in the closing of $23 billion LaSalle Bank acquisition by Bank of America and charged with the separation and integration of several hundred 3rd party contracts through a Transition Services Agreement with Bank of America• Vendor Management stream lead in the integration of several hundred ABN AMRO and Bank of America agreements into the Royal Bank of Scotland• Completed transition and integration 3 months ahead of schedule with a $6 million run rate reduction in first quarter of 2009• Responsible for running all purchasing activities (Travel, IT/Telecom, Professional Services, Human Resources, Market Data, and Facilities) within ABN AMRO, North America and received 2008 annual Excellence Award from Royal Bank of Scotland within Group Manufacturing for success in bank integration activities

• Managed a global team with representation in over 65 countries where ABN AMRO operated• Provided expertise in all aspects of managing ABN AMRO’s complex outsourced environment• Optimized commercial leverage and provided expert contract knowledge across a >$4.5 billion (5 year) global IT spend portfolio in over 60 countries• Led a commercial negotiation team in a $260 million global Application Maintenance agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (the largest European deal at the time for TCS)• Managed a global team leading the commercial negotiations, contract development and management of $2.5 billion telecoms & network outsource program, which was generally considered a market-shaping exemplar of best practice in selective outsourcing services• Created IT Vendor Management organization within ABN AMRO North America and sub sequentially led a multinational team in the procurement of IT throughout the entire global footprint of ABN AMRO (spanning 65 countries in total)• Responsible for the negotiation of all IT contracts including IT Professional Services, Hardware, Software, Data/Telco, and Outsourcing Management. • Produced ~$40 Million in cross-regional savings in 2003 and 2004 through the successful negotiation and leveraging of bank buying power• In collaboration with the Federal Reserve Bank, the OCC and the Dutch National Bank, developed a comprehensive global approach for performing vendor risk assessment.
