As Duty Manager I was responsible for the day to day running of the Hotel which includes:*Overseeing all functions as part of a team i.e. Weddings, Banquets, Meetings & Conferences.*Ensuring staffing levels are correct in all departments.*Issuing and cashing up all tills within the Hotel in various departments.*Meeting with new and current clients to arrange Conference & Banqueting facilities. *Ensuring all Departments are operating efficiently.*Keeping the Hotel in a presentable condition at all times.One of my main duties is to ensure customer service is kept to the highest of standards throughout the entire Hotel and to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
