Kevin Chagnon joined the JLL team in 2016 bringing over a decade of project management experience in the real estate, architecture & interior design industries. As part of the Project Development team, Kevin has expanded his project expertise to include retail development, capital improvements, tenant improvements, facilities maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades.Prior to JLL, Kevin worked at Vornado Realty Trust, where he represented the owner in capital development projects and oversaw all tenant improvements at 555 California Street; a 52 story office complex in downtown San Francisco totaling 1.8 million square feet. Additionally, Kevin previously was part of the Project Development team at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked together with PG&E and Xerox on numerous tenant and facility improvements.
