TSI (acquired by Global Container Terminal) operates Vanterm, located in Vancouver's inner harbour, and Deltaport, located in Vancouver's outer harbour, on behalf of the Vancouver Port Authority. TSI handles the bulk of Vancouver's container traffic.- Applied project management and system implementation methodologies to lead 3 super users and a software vendor in implementing the billing module of a new container terminal operating system- Defined billing requirements and documented business processes- Analyzed and designed workarounds to meet "must-have" billing requirements- Wrote application enhancement and functional specification documents- Developed test plans and test cases for functional and integration testing- Conducted end-user training
