He has raised millions of dollars from investors and works with high net worth individuals, family offices, and funds in helping them maximize their returns in real estate investing while focusing on downside protection and tax benefits. Cornum Capital focuses on private credit/preferred equity investments and stable multifamily assets with tax abatements/exemptions.Kevin was also the CEO and Founding Partner of World’s Best, a curated luxury marketplace serving affluent and sophisticated consumers around the globe. Prior to World’s Best, he scaled a product discovery platform to over 100,000 members within a year.
