During this period, I delivered: ▪ A long-term data strategy that set out the ambition to become a truly data focused organisation. ▪ The migration of the data warehouse from an IaaS platform to PaaS improving scalability, integrability, reducing costs, and reducing the need for manual maintenance. ▪ A new set of performance metrics for the annual report. ▪ A data quality solution enabling the definition of data quality standards and automated adherence reports.

Incorporated Kane Project Management Ltd in October 2014. Clients have included:Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman (PHSO) – 2 yearsInitially contracted to manage the development of a bespoke EDRMS solution utilising SharePoint as its base technology. Following the successful implementation, services were retained for 3 further change initiatives; The largest of which was the technical implementation of a new casework management system utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365, a supporting SQL data warehouse, and reporting set utilising power BI.DTP – 15 monthsPlaced in a customer facing role with a DTP client to manage the relocation of a 3-million-pound datacentre from a leased building to a purpose-built facility in Liverpool City Centre. During this placement workstreams included:• Controlled migration of services to the new site whilst maintaining 100% system availability.• Managing the logistics of the physical relocation.• The procurement and installation of fibre connectivity and kinetic UPS.• The implementation of the new building management system. Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) – 2 yearsGiven an initial 3-month contract with LJMU to manage the installation of a recently procured HP SAN. The project included hardware installation, data migration and the decommission of the old infrastructure. The installation was completed within the initial 3-month period. Impressed with the service delivered, LJMU then extended the contract three times over a two-year period to cover the delivery of multiple software/infrastructure projects including the implementation of a student analytics solution, and their Academic Framework Transformation programme.
