Responsible for inventory control, returns, repackaging, data analytics, training, continuous improvement and safety at 260k square foot facility.

Worked on team for new distribution center start up by working through moving and consolidating two outdated distribution centers into one advanced distribution center. Worked with all departments of company to get through transition as well as worked with vendors to get systems setup and working properly. Managed team of 16 inventory and replenishment associates directly and assisted in managing all other departments in the building. Utilized Prelude system and a Dematic DMS system as well as Dematic's DiQ system utilized for GTP picking and voice picking.

-Manage and reconcile $50-$60 million of consumer product goods in a one million square foot organic certified building; consistently maintaining a daily variance of $0-Work with third party distribution partner daily to ensure operations are running smoothly and to resolve any issues regarding inventory, kitting and inbound receipts-Work with planning team and kitting department to track inventory and make sure deadlines can be met for promotions and outbound orders-Utilize SAP, PeopleSoft and third party system to research and analyze data to resolve daily issues-Assisted in opening of new 250,000 sq. ft building with new third party ensuring that transition was done smoothly; specifically focusing on the startup of kitting at this building by providing information and training to associates-Analyze, root cause and report on all distribution to cash stream Idocs or EDI errors

QA-Supervise team of 8 Quality Assurance Inspectors-Handle daily QA issues and analyze QA results utilizing Access data and AL systems from SDI-Manage time of QA Auditors between different areas of warehouse-Assess need for QA presence in new areas of warehouse-Coordinate Spot Check Inspections, analyze results and report to requesting department-Generate Weekly QA reports for overall QA and Voice Pick accuracy for Labor Management purposesProccess Controls/Compliance-Review vendor guidelines-Act as first point of contact for vendor compliance within the company-Research and provide approval or denial of customer chargebacks-Research and determine valid vendor chargebacks-Notify and negotiate chargebacks with vendors-Maintain and create SOPs for new and upgraded processes-Help with testing of labor management-Participate in daily production meetings providing process improvement suggestions
