The Retail vertical serves retail, convenience store, consumer products, and apparel companies, while the Restaurant & Franchise Finance vertical serves restaurant and franchise fitness operators. Both teams add value to their clients and prospects by delivering actionable, solutions-oriented advisory, to include corporate finance advice / optimal capital structure and treasury management and cash logistics optimization (currency processing - armored and non-armored). Both teams work closely with subject matter experts at Fifth Third Capital Markets to provide thoughtful buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition advisory services, as well as interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity advisory and trading.
