In my role as Inside Sales Coordinator, I manage accounts, process quotes, orders, verify enquiries, and partner with the Inventory, Production & Quality departments. I take care of order fulfillment, communicate expected delivery dates, manage requests for expedited orders and field all customer service and distributor related requests. As Coordinator, I maintain communication by troubleshooting, reporting, tracking problems and resolutions. I'm always working towards accomplishing departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different tasks while exploring opportunities to add value.

Receives requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. Rakes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Also coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.• Receive requests and responding to inquiries from customers;• Responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives as set forth by the Sales and Marketing departments;• Prepares sales orders for orders obtained and enters the orders into the system;• Evaluate customer’s needs and promote products;• Make quotations and process orders on behalf of outside sales staff;• Maintain and expand existing customer base;• Builds and maintains customers relationships;• Works with outside sales representatives in providing the highest level of proactive customer service to all accounts;• Other responsibilities as assigned.The Inside sales Representative responds to customer telephone inquiries by determining material availability, conforming to customer requirements, quoting prices, and providing reasonable delivery commitments designed to meet the customer’s expectations.
