As the present Owner of Mandrill IT Services, Kevin evaluated manufacturing material, product mix, and sales data for executive level strategic planning for a $60M / year forge manufacturer. He procured database and web application design for Rig Analytic Services, a rig procurement and analysis system.

At Hal’s Entertainment, Kevin acquired extensive experience in operating South Texas’ second largest grossing liquor, beer, and wine restaurant and bar. He negotiated and managed all vendor relationships and contracts, inclusive of POS, utilities, food, liquor, beer, and wine, and live entertainment.Prepared and presented weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, to be submitted directly to the owner.Managed over 75 hourly employees and managers, grossing over $5M/year.Acquired skills in POS software configuration, reporting, and hardware troubleshooting.Leveraged public and private datasets for reporting to enhance business processes, pricing, and marketing strategies.Provided direction and leadership to menu engineering and product mix analysis for table service.Created and adjusted performance measures and incentives to align company and individual goals.Developed documentation of employee handbook, policy guidelines, job descriptions, and training guidelines.Evaluated variance reports and inventory levels to create design for and implement effective inventory controls

In his previous association with Hal’s Entertainment, Kevin served as a Project Lead and Foreman. Here, he not only created, but also managed construction project timelines.Approved construction sub-contractor work against the design plans and verified payment schedules.Supervised the development of designs inclusive of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural requirements for Hal's Landing, a 35,000 sq. ft. restaurant, bar, and arcade.

Within his role as Business Development, Kevin designed and implemented computer network and file servers for 75+ computers using open source operating systems, and databases for job tracking. He handled and prioritized crew dispatches for 1000+ foundation installations and surveys for residential and commercial developments. In addition, he also developed inventory controls for the installation material.

Kevin initiated his professional career at Alcatel as a Product Development Manager. Here, his primary task was to create a task tracking database using MySQL for the entire product life cycle management process.

Prior to being hired by Alcatel, Kevin completed an internship at Alcatel, wherein he designed and developed an intranet website that integrated facility AutoCAD drawings.
