Founder of Agile Planning Group; a business process consulting firm specializing in supply chain optimization based upon Oracle Value Chain Planning applications.Key clients included Motorola, NCR, BAE Systems, Perkin Elmer, and Kemet Microelectronics.With co-founding of Inspirage, all contracts were successfully completed and Agile Planning Group ceased to operate separately.

Senior Product Manager role responsible for the product design of Oracle Advanced Planning & Scheduling applications. I worked within a collaborative team structure to deliver solutions across the spectrum of the available applications including Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Global Order Promising, Collaborative Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Demand Planning. My specific focus was on high tech, semiconductor, and configure to order manufacturing centric industries and I led the business requirement and product design for these industries.

Senior role in leading the design of proprietary Advanced Planning systems to support the semiconductor and microelectronics supply chain. Led the holistic business process and systems design and deployment of Oracle eBusiness suite release 10.7 integrated to Agere Microelectronics proprietary advanced supply chain planning “Total Order Management (TOM)” system. Prior to leading this six year systems initiative, I held business roles leading the monthly corporate S&OP process for our Optoelectronics division with a focus on capacity planning for the global assembly and semiconductor supply chain. I also had other roles as a senior staff member within Industrial Engineering group. My earlier roles across this 18 year career were in factory operations management and industrial engineering.Agere Mircoelectronics was incorporated into LSI Corporation by merger in 2007. Agere was the former Microelectronics division of Lucent Technologies prior to spin off in 2002. Lucent itself was a spinoff of AT&T in 1997, when AT&T spun off NCR and the internal Telcom focused manufacturing and development organization (which included most of Bell labs). This was a brilliant supply chain and technology company throughout this period.
