My diverse background in nonprofit leadership stems from my need to learn how and why everything works within the organization and build solid internal and external relationships. In each of my roles I wore many hats, tackling operations, personnel development, team leadership, and recruitment administration, as well as community outreach, strategic campaign management, and both direct and grassroots lobbying. As a result, I have a unique ability to navigate and manage complex challenges. Through a combination of data-driven decision making, an ability to interpret business unit needs, and a keen understanding of how people—-whether employees or external stakeholders--impact operations. I offer a track record of successful advocacy, performance gains, rapid operational turnarounds, and right-fit systems that grow with the organization. I've been successful in each of my roles through problem solving, strategic planning, execution, and leadership. I strive to help team members feel appreciated and understand how their role fits into the operation, and why their contribution really matters. I have a knack for aligning talent capability with organizational needs and building coalitions of unlikely allies.
