I am a shareholder with the CPA firm of Clark Schaefer Hackett. I manage the Dayton, Ohio office's accounting and auditing practice and am a member and past chair of the Firm's Assurance Services Committee. In this role, I am responsible for quality control of assurance engagements and implementation of new accounting and auditing standards. I serve a wide range of business entities, including nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans and manufacturing operations.
