Overview:► Serving as a Consultant to business in the context of their online presence. This includes an in-depth analysis of the business’ overall use of the web and online or social mediums. Recommendations and improvements are suggested along the whole spectrum of a company’s digital presence: i.e. their website, their search presence, online reviews, social media, etc. ► Leading and managing website development projects, ranging from simple websites to complex custom E-commerce solutions. Working closely with designers, developers, other key roles and clients. ► Implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Searching Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies► Working with clients to create custom website solutions, individualized for each client need. The Business Technology HUB is a team of specialized organizations who share a goal of providing world-class service. The groups work independently within their own, diverse business markets. Our Board of Trustees is comprised of elected community volunteers who are dedicated to maximizing The Highland Foundation’s mission. They give generously of their time and resources. Our Trustees attend planning meetings and special programs and events to represent The Foundation and serve as advocates for the Highland Local School District. They also lead by example as generous donors to The Foundation. Board meetings occur the first Thursday of every month at Highland High School.

• Daily interaction with senior executives and department managers• Oversaw the construction of a multi-building corporate campus, including more than 60,000 square feet of office space, executive housing, recreation and meeting space over two and a half years• Negotiated and acquired nearly 100 acres of commercial and residential property over five years which included supervision of extensive home renovations • Closed and co-signed two multi-million-dollar bank loans which included comprehensive presentations to several community and mid-size banks• Directed aggressive online advertisement and social media campaigns and pioneered the organization’s Adwords campaigns in Google and Bing. Developed a series of dynamic key performance indicators applicable to the church’s mission to monitor success and return on investment• Coordinated the corporate Growth Team responsible for the overall development of the organization.• Presided over regular managers’ meetings, executive team meetings and staff meetings• Key member of the executive budget team; was responsible for most financial decisions, especially as they related to corporate cost-cutting measures, monthly departmental budgets and project management over a complex growth period. Produced deep analysis and forecasts including stress testing budget models• Worked alongside accounting counsel to conduct the organization’s annual financial audits.• Worked with general contractors, subcontractors, civil engineers, attorneys, city planners and other officials, etc.• Directed the personnel department and interacted with independent law firms to facilitate a variety of diverse immigration visas • Oversaw all organizational website, database and technology-related platforms, including a transition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Directed and coordinated a nationwide and worldwide ministry and membership, during which time the church saw its best growth rates to date• Took point on pioneering and building the field ministry, including the employment of over a dozen ministers, lay ministers and other leaders• Developed various programs to facilitate communication between the church’s worldwide headquarters, its ministry, and its membership• Interviewed, selected and trained ministerial candidates• Coordinated the church’s annual events, including a ministerial conference and an annual church wide convention at various sites around the world.• Headed the team that developed a SharePoint website for our field ministry, which included teaching materials, regular announcements, etc.

• Functioned in a similar capacity as the Director of Operations position above (2012-2016) on a smaller scale while the organization was still in the development stage on many levels.

• Served in a variety of leadership and management positions (and for different periods of time), sometimes concurrently, upon being hired in February 2004. These positions included, but were not limited to, the three listed above. • Developed the church’s youth program, including the production of an 84-lesson Children’s Bible Lesson course for elementary-aged children. Designed and produced the church’s teen magazine. Developed an annual camp program for all the church’s teenagers.
