• Managed 18-22 engineers and 2 technical administrative employees in a team environment supporting Mission Control – Houston.• Supported on average ~500 hours annually in Mission Control as an ISS flight controller.• Responsible for performance reviews, awards and recognition, interviewing and hiring, and training and mentoring of employees.• Partnered with the NASA customer concerning personnel assignments, special planning assessments and evaluations, process issues and improvements, and employee morale events.• Provided Mission Operation Directorate (MOD) representation to the International Space Station (ISS) Requirements Integration Panel and was responsible in coordination of programmatic changes concerning resource use (crew time, power, stowage, video, Extra Vehicular Activity time) onboard the ISS.• Completed University of Houston’s Leadership and Management certification.
