• Assisted the Project Manager for the FBO Fontainebleau Aviation project at the Opa-Locka Airport. Project was in the early stages of expanding the airport and adding two new hangars.• Used Timberline, a construction management software, to record the project’s submittals, drawing log, meeting minutes, and contact directory.• Created an anticipated cost report for the job on Excel, which included making budget transfers and modifications• Contacted various subcontracting companies to invite them to bid on their respective scope of work for the project and reviewed their proposals• Set up site meetings with subcontractors, inspectors, architects, engineers, designers, etc.

• Inspected soil borings and augercast piles• Consolidated augercast pile data and grout strength using Excel spreadsheets• Worked with CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting), inserting boring locations on a site plan and also consolidated boring profiles from external references• Compiled report comparisons of similar jobs between Langan and other engineering firms, presenting the monetary differences between each firm’s recommendations
