I have not taken the traditional path, I earned my Associate in Criminal Justices right after high school.Next I started my family and career. I have held various different positions within the building automation industry. Starting as a Service Specialist trainee, I learned the business from the ground up, spending most of my time working on automation controls for the pharmaceutical industry. After a few years, I took on the role of Service Account Engineer. This was my start into the business side of things. I was responsible for all aspects of my assigned service contracts and took on whatever was needed to complete the job. Currently, I oversee the day-to-day operation of the union and nonunion field labor, monitor project performance and assist with technical issues. I work with my team on their training, development and career progression. Looking for more, I earned my Bachelor Degree in Liberal Studies in 2010, with a focus on economics and business.
