My main responsibilities were: - Managing the flow of information between Marketing and Sales- Project management of quarterly B2B magazine- Full (retail) event management- Coordination of production of a wide range of POS materials- Coordination of in-store branding (from shelf branding to full shop-in-shop concepts)- Managing the Trade Marketing budget

- Coordination of the creation and logistics of MarCom materials such as business gifts, business cards, brochures, banners- Implementation of a Digital Asset Management system- Event management for different territories and Atos Origin solutions- Managing of the corporate identity guidelines- Hands-on support to the Global Marketing Managers on several projects

- Opening & follow-up of work-related accident accounts- Acceptance of the claim, payment of medical costs and loss of income- Commercial contact for employers, insurance agents, doctors and other stakeholders

This was a short term contract through an interim agency. I provided on hands support for a kick off event in the emerging markets region, and afterwards provided the marketing team with support on the internal communications department (such as editing the intranet site).

An internship during my post graduate studies. Mainly hands-on support on events, conferences and other external communication tools.
