The Tyndale Foundation supports the vision and mission of Tyndale University through supporting the staff of the External Relations Office as they seek to raise capital, operating and endowment funds for the support of the ongoing work of Tyndale University and its students. The Foundation is responsible to ensure restricted funds are used in accordance for the purposes for which they were given as well as the prudent management of all investments under its care. Its Board of Directors operates independently of Tyndale University and its Board of Governors.

I further Tyndale's mission and vision through identifying and creating ways to increase Tyndale’s reputation and resources. Through leadership, developing teams and market research I engage with and provide oversight of the fundraising (annual, planned, major and principal gifts), alumni and constituent relations, government relations, marketing and communications and enrollment management (recruitment, admissions, retention, financial aid and marketing) functions. Providing leadership to the university in these areas, I strive to deepen the focus on friend-raising and fundraising; on external communities; on engaging prospective and current students (and where appropriate their families); our alumni; and brand reputation.

I have assisted several institutions with strategic planning, reviewing and auditing their admissions and retention systems, fundraising planning and implementing business and strategic plans.
