This complex delivery was first of it's kind in many aspects. We completed on schedule after 18 months, M$ under budget, and had the highest level of customer satisfaction.Currently managing $$M software and hardware conversion project for the State of New York. AMA was bought by SAIC, and exists today; NUWC, Managed a group of professionals providing project management support. Provided financial management, cost estimating, budget development, PERT/GANTT schedule development, and DocumentationNUWC, New London, Managed the Video Teleconferencing Center, including all scheduling, operations, and maintenance.NUWC, New London, Managed the Equipment Calibration Laboratory. Provided the repair and re-calibration of all test equipment, procurement and calibration of all new test equipment, and survey of all computer and test equipment.NUWC, New London, Managed the disbursement office and telephone communications center.

Supporting NAVSEA PMS 396, managed engineering programs and projects dedicated to the design and development of OHIO Class ship silencing improvements and shock qualifications. Developed and implemented cost and schedule control systems for all engineering, materials, purchasing, and operations departments.

Managed and directed ships construction and component manufacturing. Delivered fourteen SSN 688 and TRIDENT submarines on schedule and under budget. Responsibilities included: on-site work direction, work package development, integrated schedule development and control, cost estimating, budget development, cost/schedule status reporting, project performance, and quality control.
