Organized contracting with suppliers and managed products from respective origins to back door of 1,100+ restaurants assuring food quality and safety along with being delivered at fair and accurate pricing. Worked in tandem with food safety team on all products. Part of a team that on-boarded a produce 3PL, that included logistics optimization, an ordering platform, along with usage and spend reports. Coordinated help of the 3PL partner for managing 200+ SKUs through 52 produce distribution centers. Developed and launched private label for contracted product solely for company use, ensuring restaurants received the contracted product.
