Working as the Controller for TFM Co, I oversee 6 individual companies within and address all in-house accounting needs. I also oversee all HR related needs.

Worked with small to medium sized businesses in Dubuque and Chicago to streamline operations, lower expenses and update to current technologies. Clients included The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Alpine Tennis & Fitness and Top Store, Inc.

Worked as the General Manager where I oversaw all day to day activities. I also provided accounting services including management of A/R, A/P and reporting of all financials. Filed quarterly and annual corporate tax forms. Managed all payroll functions including payroll tax deposits, direct deposit and W-2, W-3 end of year filings. In addition, I managed 12+ employees providing HR support, mentorship and leadership direction within their individual roles.
