About Kevin Drost

Kevin is the Chief Financial Officer of New Era ADR, a legal technology company that is changing the way disputes are resolved. His passion is combining strategic finance, deep customer insights, and a product obsession to build incredible businesses. Before joining New Era, Kevin served as CFO and Head of Strategy at Reverb.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Etsy—the global marketplace for unique and creative goods. Kevin helped lead the acquisition of Reverb by Etsy in 2019 and was responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, data and analytics, product catalog, sales outreach and warehousing teams. Kevin was also responsible for Reverb's international business, launching the marketplace in Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Prior to Reverb, Kevin spent several years in management consulting, both at Prophet Brand Strategy, a growth, marketing and innovation consulting firm, and in IBM’s Growth and Innovation Strategy Consulting Practice. Before entering consulting, Kevin served as President of Zealous Records, LLC, a music company that he founded. Kevin oversaw all elements of operations, marketing, strategy and finance leading to an eventual partnership with the largest entertainment company in the world. He began his career at Sony Music Entertainment in London and New York City. Kevin holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class.
