During my tenure at this emerging cross-border energy trust, the business completed initial financings totaling $22 million and assumed operatorship of its U.S. based oil and gas assets. I collaborated with audit, tax and legal advisors to ensured all IFRS, legal, securities commission regulatory requirements were adhered to and assisted the incoming CFO ensuring a smooth transition as the trust converted to a private equity corporate structure.
