About Kevin Tan, Mshrm

My deep desire to understand and help people led me on an academic and professional journey in HR. It is here that I learned the importance of properly preparing people for transitions, establishing and driving organizational culture, and developing and investing in talent. Over time, this fostered a passion to take intentional action to create better workplace experience for employees through the use of tactical change management, OD interventions, and coaching. I firmly believe that adopting a human-centered management approach allows organizations to deploy and activate talent in a way that enables the realization of business outcomes.
