About Kevin Grant

After an 18-year career in Marketing and Management with Comcast, Kevin Grant decided to change course and join wife, Adrienne Lord, and open Staged to Sell Realty. This real estate brokerage grew out of an existing staging business and is built to be unique in the industry. Kevin and Adrienne observed too many agents listing properties that did not look their best. Staged to Sell embraces the value of making a home look its best from the first showing, online. That is why they merchandise every home they list through professional staging and photography to ensure it is properly prepared for sale, showcasing the best features for every potential buyer. Currently, Kevin serves as the President-Elect and VP of Membership for the Jacksonville, Florida RESA chapter. He supports Adrienne, acting as the registrar when she teaches the “Staging to Sell: What every Agent Should Know™”, CE class. In addition to staging and real estate, Kevin and his team recently expanded their Short-Term Rental/AirBnB Design business. A native of Pittsburgh, Kevin has an MBA from Emory University. He and his wife live in St. Johns FL, just South of Jacksonville with two Dachshunds and have two adult children.
