Recruited to establish a technology roadmap that would modernize the company’s systems and infrastructure to support the new growth and to retain that level of growth going forward. Analyzed the systems and processes across the 3 main divisions and multiple product lines. Reorganized the IT department and added positions that included needed expanded skill sets required to achieve goals. • Identified, studied, and process mapped out the three primary systems that were responsible for running the organization. This included an in-house developed ERP system running on a mainframe. This system has been in place in some form or another for decades. Also, there is a more modern ERP system that is Infor Syteline. And lastly JD Edwards.• Identified, studied, and process mapped out additional critical systems that were integrated into the 3 primary platforms. This included a Warehouse and Traffic management system (HighJump). Other integrations include EDI, Imagining, Reporting, Customer Portals, Vendor Portals, B2B and B2C Web Development and integrations. Also included manufacturing floor integrations including Configuration tools using AutoCAD and plywood cutting CNC integrations. • Evaluated all possible options for what the future state of the organization might look like.This included looking at the latest version of Syteline as well as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Created a multi-year technology roadmap for the organizations future that will allow them to retain the current growth and set the stage for continued growth.

I was successful in building team of 40, roadmap, hybrid infrastructure, and mobile/web-based applications that enabled organization to grow from $70M to $100M and save $14M within 10 years.* Within one year of hire, I reduced the IT budget by $1.4M, stabilized the infrastructure that was impacting business operations, and created dedicated Network Services, Application Development, Application delivery, and Business Office Support groups to support 5,000 employees in 21 locations. * Spearheaded the development of website with back-end eCommerce workflows that generates 85% of program revenue.
