• Responsible for the installation, technical support and end user support for the following technologies:
• Installed a ShoreTel phone system for 95 phones over three sites with minimal disruption to the business.
• Deployed a controller-less Wireless solution (Aerohive) across 8 sites, bridging the gap during the period between acquisition and integration.
• Implemented an HP iSCSI SAN used for user files, backups and VMware storage.
• Installed and maintained RiverBed Steelhead appliances to remedy the lack of bandwidth supporting a centralized data center.

• ADAGE ERP Infrastructure
• Fabricated and operated a 120 VM server farm on VMWare ESXi. Multiple P2Vs were performed to migrate physical hardware to virtual. This saved on cooling, electricity, and hardware replacement costs.
• Designed and operated Citrix XenApp farm. (Winframe, MetaFrame, and Presentation Server also). Used by over 500 users 24/7.
• Cryptocard Security Tokens
• Designed all of the backups for the network to both online storage and tapes.

USS Hartford (SSN 768) & USS Grayling (SSN 646)

• Scheduled all Sonar Technician training and insured effective content by creating critique forms and completed training reports for the Commanding Officer.
• Publication officer for 200 publications relating directly to national security and NATO security.
• Responsible for the safety of 130 crew members and a multi-billion dollar warship.
• Operate and maintain complex submarine sonar electronics suite. Provided performance analysis, end-to-end troubleshooting using built-in-fault diagnostic systems.
• Responsible for ordering all supplies for the SONAR division.
• Maintained over $1 million dollars in ready spare parts to fix BSY-1 SONAR suite.
