Kevin is lead counsel in structuring and negotiating all third party and affiliate agreements. He serves as advisor to senior management analyzing the impact of such business decisions and initiatives.Kevin serves as technology counsel, representing the company in all software licensing and hardware acquisitions, as well as the drafting and maintaining of all license agreements associated with company applications. As reinsurance counsel, Kevin represents the company in all reinsurance treaties, amendments and pre-arbitration disputes. Kevin also serves as counsel in real estate matters, including all company leases and resolution of legal issues arising in landlord-tenant relationships.Kevin also provides the company with knowledge and regulatory guidance in the areas of the Federal Reserve Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Export Administration Regulations, EU data exportation, escheat issues, privacy and information security.

Kevin provided legal and business transaction services to Citi Growth Ventures in its development of strategic positions for Citigroup Global Consumer Group. In this role, Kevin supported Citi innovators in indentifying growth areas in emerging new markets, developing new venture concepts, and launching new corporate ventures in markets around the world. As lead transaction counsel, Kevin recommended and executed transaction strategies through equity investments, joint ventures, and internal development.

Kevin managed the development of Johnson Controls’ published responses to Requests for Proposals to provide facilities services, including the development of service organizations, including pricing, and estimating, technical, office, and supply chain management services. In this role, Kevin managed strategic outsourcing analyses for customers wishing to outsource their facilities’ operations. Kevin managed subject matter experts in analyzing processes, procedures, and budgets and developing customized facilities operations and maintenance solutions.
